Built from standardised modules, so length and height are set by your premises. It can go in a basement, on the ground floor or upstairs, and there is no limit to the number of counter outlets: we design them with you around how your team serves customers.

A new guidance system cuts running noise, and the picking head handles square and cylindrical packs without a tool change. FEFO is automatic: whatever expires first goes out first. It can be installed in a basement, upstairs or behind the OTC wall, in white, grey or black.
Automatic loading
Empty the basket and the robot does the rest.
The loader reads the barcode and QR code on every pack, records batch and expiry and stores it with no manual handling. When it finishes it reports what was received and stored. Staff no longer spend time on stock control, expiry checks or traceability. It can sit inside or outside the robot, in an L-shape or in line.

Touchscreens with specs, photos and video for every product. Customers build a basket on screen, the order goes straight to the robot and they collect it at the fast checkout. You can sell what is in stock even when it is not on display.
Self-service
Customers browse and pay without queuing at the counter.
Self-service for OTC and retail products in store. With a Meditech robot, customers can buy items that are in stock but not on display and get them immediately. If something is out, they reserve it and get a message when it arrives.
QR pickup
Online order pickup, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You prepare the order and place it in a locker. The customer gets a QR code and collects whenever they like, without waiting or depending on opening hours. Built for pharmacies that sell online.
